Printed circuit assembly

TRM can manufacture most type of circuit board from surface mount with Ball grid array devices through to conventional through hole devices. All boards are 100% inspected and there is a test and set up service.

Cables and Wiring

Ribbon cables, screened cables, board to board harnesses, radio cables, Motion control cables, crimped cables, soldered, D-types connectors. TRM has been making cable for more than 20 years and can provide most types of cables or harnesses.

Electrical cabinets and control boxes

TRM offer a full service and can make from a full kit to just components. Our Electrical box service is a full service from design and build to with or free issue parts or parts acquired or manufactured by ourselves.

Xray Inspection

All circuit board manufactured by TRM with ball grid array devices are routinely Xray inspected, the service is also available as an inspect only service.

Machining service

TRM has a CNC milling machine and is able to machine motor mounting brackets etc. The company also provides a mechanical assembly service that include turning and broaching.

Complete Product manufacture

TRM can manufacture, test and pack entire products either designed by us or by the client.

Contract electronics and mechanical assembly service

TRM has been manufacturing controllers and electrical items regularly for many years and has the in-house capability to produce prototype, low or high volume systems. Using our range of suppliers we can source most components needed and with our machine shop can customise or manufacture parts to suit. Using our pick and place machines we can produce short run boards or volume with either TRM sourced components or free issue.
