PWM to analogue converter
Designed to covert PWM to analogue where the frequency is not critical, the device has two channels one converts 0 to 10 volts and the other provides +/- 10 volts. These products are ideal for use with spindle drives etc. They operate from 24 volts with a wide tolerance range.
Analogue multiplexer
Analogue multiplexers are used to switch analogue signals, this device is used to multiplex 8 analogue signals into 1 output signal. There are 3 TTL inputs to select the required input, the signals are switched faster then 1us and the signal range is 0 to 4 volts. The supply voltage is 7 to 32 volts DC
Motion control enable signal isolator
Designed to make it easy to control drives with different enable voltages off a single device. Each of the four inputs can be controlled on an individual basis or globally controlled via the global enable signal. All of the outputs are volts free and all isolated from each other and the inputs.
Ir Transmitter/Detector module
This product is designed to facilitate an IR Transmitter/Detector system where on one side there is a transmitter and the other there is a detector. The device is immune to sunlight and can be offered with custom IR transmitters and detectors.
Two wire to three wire converter
Some proximity switches have only two wires and they can be difficult to interface to controllers. This device is the solution designed to interface with two wire loop powered sensors and it converts them to 3 wire.
Motor Brake controller
Sometimes motors need to be fitted with a brake and this can be difficult to control, this device can be used to release the brake on enable or allow control via a TTL signal.
Splash proof encoder
Coolant and other liquids are a real menace for encoders, this is a perfect solution, the device uses a Renishaw magnetic encoder and is completely sealed. This when mounted on the back of a motor can prevent liquid ingress, it is also suitable for use where there may be gas ingress. These encoders are made to order and can be made to exact requirements. The device is immune to sunlight and can be offered with custom IR transmitters and detectors.
Breakout cards
Breakout cards make it quick and easy to implement a system and are used in electrical boxes to connect the controller etc. TRM are able to manufacture custom break out cards for any make of controller or types of connectors
